Golf
There is a newly built 18 hold championship golf course a short walk (literally)
from the development.
Maintenance & service cost
£60 per apartment, per month. This will cover all maintenance of shared
areas, the gardens, swimming pools, children's play area, on site security,
lighting of shared areas etc.
Parking
There is on average at least one parking per apartment, located beside
or very near to the apartment, as well as a number of visitor spaces.
